Soul

Soul is one of the game's accessory items. It was imported from Tencent Games's server in China where they acted as Weapon Souls. The item is classified as an item of the same grade as other accessories but unlike the Weapon item, the Soul does not have any durability. The Soul provides the user both flat stats like Attack Power and Critical Damage as well as an effect with either a long or short cooldown depending on your choice, where the long cooldown soul provides stronger effects compared to the short cooldown soul. After upgrading to Hongmoon Soul Stage 5, whether you receive the short or long cooldown Soul item will be random, but you can switch between them at a cost. Changing between short and long cooldown must be done at either an Awakened or True Stage.

Soul is one of the more controversial items in Blade & Soul due to the high upgrade costs and limited acquisition of the items needed to upgrade.
